I am a 60year old retiree. I usually spend my days doing everything for others- ladies, you know the drill. Somehow, through neglect and thyroid issues, my weight shot up to 200lbs and little things like walking up stairs and weeding left me gasping. I was attracted to the name, “Back to life” and I thought I would try an intro session, fully expecting that I would most likely not continue. Matthew’s approach is amazing! Each activity is designed to engage multiple muscles and he always has a variety of activities- two months later, I have increased strength and energy and have toned up and list inches. I have not felt this good in years! I would rather go without facials, mani pedis, and hair appointments than without my workouts with Matthew!
