Change up your Breakfast Routine with our PB Oatmeal

Want to fuel up for your busy day? Don’t want to feel hungry until snack time or your next meal? Give our Peanut Butter & Maple Syrup Oatmeal a try! It’s quick and simple to prep for the busiest of mornings. It’s something I ate every morning during my weight loss journey, I highly recommend it.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of quick oats (30g)
1/3 cup of water (more or less depending on desired texture)
1 tablespoon (15g) of natural peanut butter (the ONLY ingredient should be peanuts!) 
1 teaspoon or less of 100% pure maple syrup (OR replace with fresh berries) 
Ground Cinnamon & Pure Vanilla extract to taste
Instructions: 
1. Bring water to a boil and prepare a bowl with the oats, cinnamon & vanilla already mixed in.
2. Pour in boiling water and stir thoroughly, add more or less liquid to achieve desired consistency
3. Add peanut butter & maple syrup - aim for less than a teaspoon, go by taste and achieve a happy balance. 
4. Stir well, & enjoy!
