Want to fuel up for your busy day? Don’t want to feel hungry until snack time or your next meal? Give our Peanut Butter & Maple Syrup Oatmeal a try! It’s quick and simple to prep for the busiest of mornings. It’s something I ate every morning during my weight loss journey, I highly recommend it.

Ingredients: 1/3 cup of quick oats (30g) 1/3 cup of water (more or less depending on desired texture) 1 tablespoon (15g) of natural peanut butter (the ONLY ingredient should be peanuts!) 1 teaspoon or less of 100% pure maple syrup (OR replace with fresh berries) Ground Cinnamon & Pure Vanilla extract to taste Instructions: 1. Bring water to a boil and prepare a bowl with the oats, cinnamon & vanilla already mixed in. 2. Pour in boiling water and stir thoroughly, add more or less liquid to achieve desired consistency 3. Add peanut butter & maple syrup - aim for less than a teaspoon, go by taste and achieve a happy balance. 4. Stir well, & enjoy!
