Give my 10 minute fat blasting workout a try:
Set a timer for 5 minutes and cycle through the following:
ROUND # 1
20 Mountain Climbers
That's 1 cycle. Complete as many cycles as you can, resting briefly when needed, until the timer is up. Aim for QUALITY reps, don't just chase the clock.
ROUND # 2
Set the same timer for 5 minutes. Same idea, slightly more challenging exercises.
20 Jump Squats
20 Shoulder Taps
Just like above, complete as many cycles of these 2 exercises as you can for 5 minutes.
**TIPS** If you're struggling to complete 5 minute intervals or are taking too much rest in between, try for 3 minutes. Conversely if 5 minutes is too short, up it to 6 or 7!
