Shred Fat in 10 minutes FLAT

Feeling a little full still from Christmas dinner? Want to squeeze in some quick and easy fat burning workouts to look your best on new years?

Give my 10 minute fat blasting workout a try:

Set a timer for 5 minutes and cycle through the following:


20 Squats

20 Mountain Climbers

That's 1 cycle. Complete as many cycles as you can, resting briefly when needed, until the timer is up. Aim for QUALITY reps, don't just chase the clock.


Set the same timer for 5 minutes. Same idea, slightly more challenging exercises.

20 Jump Squats

20 Shoulder Taps

Just like above, complete as many cycles of these 2 exercises as you can for 5 minutes.

**TIPS** If you're struggling to complete 5 minute intervals or are taking too much rest in between, try for 3 minutes. Conversely if 5 minutes is too short, up it to 6 or 7!
