Motivation Monday: Set the Tone


Happy Monday everyone!

This quote got me thinking...

The simple trick to master Monday and take control of your week is to set the tone.

Break down your goals into smaller, digestible tasks that you can complete today, that will make you feel good tomorrow.

When you set the week off with the right tone, you'll find it easier to get settled into your new routine.

Continue this day by day, and you'll start to develop the healthy habits required to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Oh and you'll burn a TON of fat in the process ;)

Remember, there's no better day to get started than, well, today!
